Shipping & Handling Policy Shipping & handling charges are based on weight, location, and method of shipment preferred. We try to use UPS because of their guaranteed, day-definite delivery time, but also use FedEx Ground, since our location is less than one mile away from a drop-off site. We will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours (at the latest) with the total amount of the order, including shipping. At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and some parts of Canada. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. Privacy Policy: It is our policy that no personal information you divulge on this site will be shared - ever- with any person, entity, or website other than our own, unless that information is false or criminal in any way, as defined by law. I don't want my personal information strewn all over the 'net, so why should I do it to you? :) Return Policy: Since our products are consumables, and due to their handmade nature, they are not returnable.
